"Working out chnaces" is a cooperative project between the German Federal Literacy Association, the University of Bielefeld as well as local and nationwide partners of economy and education. Our aim is to reach young functional illiterates and provide a low threshold approach. We are developing new media tools like youth specific ads, mobile learning concepts, music related concepts and public awareness campaigns.
Our main goals are:
To read up on the already existing projects and approaches form national and international providers
Developing, testing and transferring new media tools for public relations work and education
Enhancing the basic education consulting for young functional illiterates
Integrating the deliverables from the second project field “Working out Chances.” - Preparing for the Apprenticeship and working environment
Advancing the public awareness for those sections of society with low educational achievements
